How long does car transport take?
It all depends on how far your vehicle is being transported, the schedule of the particular carrier and the weather, of course.
East Coast to West Coast – takes approximately 7-10 days
Mid-West to East Coast – takes approximately 5-7 days
North to South – takes approximately 3-5 days
Can you arrange door to door service for my vehicle?
Door to door service means that the auto transport carrier will pick up and make delivery of your vehicle as close to your designated locations as possible. Because of the size of the semi tractor-trailer trucks, however, please keep in mind that certain roads, bridges, overhangs, etc. may make door to door delivery impossible. But we will get as close to you as possible.
May I schedule a time for my vehicle to be picked up or delivered?
If you contact us with sufficient notice, we will do our best to meet your particular needs; however, we cannot guarantee specific times or dates, since all carriers work within windows of availability (approximated pickup and delivery times).
Do I have to be present when you pickup and/or deliver my vehicle?
If at all possible, we prefer that you are present when the vehicle is picked up and delivered to expedite a smooth hand-off. If you cannot be present, please assign someone to represent you who is willing to sign a release form upon pick-up or delivery.
