NEVER AGAIN
After my first google review of 1/5 explaining exactly what Chris from CarShipCentral did, I received a text from Chris asking me to remove my negative review and after I said absolutely not, I received an offer to pay me to remove the review. This was after the company would not cover the new difference in drivers for “last minute fare” when our previously assigned driver cancelled a few hours before our transport. So they’re willing to pay to remove negative reviews but not when they lie and don’t provide good customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
