Overcharged me, then broke my vehicle, had no insurance (a breach of our contract) and are now refusing responsibility and ignoring my calls and emails.

I worked with this company to transport our RV. Something they don't tell you: they don't actually ship your vehicle, they place a bid on an internal system with multiple transport companies hoping someone will accept your bid. I think most vehicle shipping companies work this way. So they quoted me $1100, which was the second lowest quote that I recieved (there was one company quoting $800, another one quoting $1100, and them). I saw good reviews on other sites and I liked the person I talked to, so I went ahead with them. First, they assigned me a driver and the driver cancelled on me. Then, CarShipCentral asked me to pay $200 more. It annoyed me, but I did it. Then they assigned me a driver from Vbarbosa Freight. He was a very nice person, but he crashed our RV. And we found out, the company had hired him irregularly and it seems like he was not covered by the insurance policy. To be clear, the contract I signed included insurance. So then Vbarbosa was completely unresponsive to my emails, and CarShipCentral has now started ignoring me too. Thankfully I have my RV insurance, Progressive, fighting the legal battle for us. At some point I really hope I will recover the cost of the repair, which is in the $15-20k range and will take at least a month. Our ruined travel plans and living expenses (since we live full time in our RV), i will never recover. CarShipCentral, or Milkway logistics, it's the same company. I will write reviews wherever I can find them to warn others. Do not work with them!!
