Disappointing
Very bad experience with Stratton. Car arrived FILTHY although transported in covered trailer. Arrival was supposed to be 1-2pm Saturday. No show, no communication and could not reach anyone for an update. Bad weather was the culprit but the lack of communication (driver also did not speak English) on Saturday, again on Sunday and rescheduled for two different times on Monday should not have been necessary since I learned the dispatcher knew where the driver was at all times. Contact us was all I asked. I understand the issue with weather but the lack of communication was disgusting. I requested a discount from Stratton for the horrible service.
