It was okay
The customer service rep was great and answered all of our questions. The driver however kept asking for more money even tho we agreed to a set price which was already over what we originally thought. It’s an automated quote system I get it. Then the drivers ramp came off while the car was being backed off the trailer so the car pretty much fell off the trailer so that was nice.
