I was happy with the service in transporting one of my kids cars for college from NJ to Southern Alabama. No issues, easy to deal with and great communication.

When I tell you I had the worst experience with other companies but Getcarrier is the best company to go with. They got my daughters car picked up a day early and it was delivered like 4-5 days earlier then expected. The guy that came was soooooo amazing, and very professional. I was very apprehensive at first bc my daughter which is 19 had to meet the driver and pay him the remaining balance, which was scary bc when you hear of other companies you hear about them changing the price for a higher amount. Thank you Getcarrier, I truly appreciate you.

This was my first time ever having to do this, i moved from california to indiana and had no idea how this worked, since the moment i called for a quote the lady who spoke with me was very informative and super helpful and nice! I had actually scheduled transport with a different company (BBB ranked at A+) that wasn’t working well with me for 2 weeks before needed. In a panic, I called GetCarrier and when I spoke with Zach Gallows, he asked when the service was needed. The very next morning, two ambitious and extremely friendly men carefully loaded my pickup and said delivery from Detroit MI to Raleigh NC would happen overnight. The pickup arrived at 6:30am in perfect condition and again a very pleasant chat with the driver. Zach texted or called me to be sure I was happy during each step of this process, offering support. Zach offered his phone number to contact with any questions/concerns, wanting to be certain my needs were met. I recommend GetCarrier to anyone who wants a STRESSFREE experience.
