It is not surprising why Jordan continues to receive high marks for his professionalism and ability to deliver great service. I had to ship three Lexus’s cross-country, and I first tested him with the less valuable of the three, and he delivered amazing service within budget and on-time. Then I gave him my wife’s and my cars, and the service was flawless, and we received them them much faster than we had expected. (And the trucking company which he selected (RASSA) was fabulous.) If you are moving vehicles cross-country, I doubt that there is anyone better at doing this than Jordan. If I could give Jordan more than 5 stars, I would.

I’m a travel nurse and needed my 2017 Chevy Camero transported from Louisville to San Antonio. They contacted me after my online inquiry and the price I was quoted was fair and comparable to others. The process was explained to me clearly and I was promised no hidden fees. The driver contacted me a couple of days later once my vehicle was picked up at 12 noon and I was told my car would be delivered by noon the very next day. And literally at 12:19 the next afternoon he was calling from my hotel lobby to inform me of his arrival with my car. It was in excellent condition just as I had left it. The driver was courteous and as promised, there were no other charges from my original quote. Needed to ship my Mercedes from Houston, Texas to Miami, Florida because of work so I had exact time frames and for me, it was important to get my vehicle delivered without delays. Also wanted to organize the shipping process as easy as it’s possible because didn’t have extra time to solve issues. I’ve chosen MoverJet Logistics according to reviews and can say with certainty that never had to regret about that. Those guys know how to provide great customer service! They offered me a good price, and once I signed a contract with them, my shipping agent started working on my case. He regularly gave me updates so I was sure that all are on track. Driver was booked in 2 days, although I knew that road is popular, so it can take much more time. Once driver came to pick up my Mercedes, I was proposed to sign an electronic bill of lading. I’ve never seen this before. You describe your vehicle conditions in this form on-line, add pictures and in case if something happens during transportation, it’s easy to prove that the car was damaged. This really made me relaxed and I understood that I’m dealing with reliable company. In conclusion, wanted to say that my vehicle was delivered at the agreed time, shipping agent called me in advance to inform me about the time of delivery so I could plan my day without any “surprises”.
