When will my vehicle be picked up?
If you are looking for immediate pickup, we can accommodate pick up within 3 days. In some case we can even pick up the same day.Expedited services are available for rush shipments and time sensitive transports.
When will my vehicle be delivered?
Typical transport times are based solely on the distance the vehicle needs to be transported. For reference, transport between New York and Los Angeles would take 7 to 10 days. There are some options that may decrease transport times, talk to one of our advisors to learn the specifics about what can be provided.Please note that carriers are restricted to regional / federal speed limits and the Department of Transportation has strict limits on how many hours per day / week a carrier may drive.Also, road conditions and weather must be taken into account.
How do I pay for my shipping?
A deposit will be taken once the carrier has been assigned. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order. In some cases we may charge the full balance to your credit card.
Can I put items in my vehicle?
Yes! You may have up to 100 pounds in your vehicle in the trunk or in the backseat, below the window line. Please note we insure your vehicle, not what is in it!
