Was contacted through text constantly. Finally booked with them paid a $150 deposit for an open trailer for my motorcycle. They sent a car hauler. The driver even refused to take it cause it would not be safe not that I was going to let him. Then when I told yellowfin a car hauler is not designed for a motorcycle there response was it’s not designed for one but it’s possible. They claimed to find a driver with a stepup trailer that could pick up that night. Then text that they were running late could they come at noon the next day. Irritating but ok. Noon comes and goes I had to call them for them to tell me they had a fraudulent load and had to take it back can’t pick up till tomorrow. They will not refund deposit. I am disputing the charge of deposit with bank. Glad I didn’t pay in full. Just save yourself the hassle and avoid at all cost.
