Horrible Communication

Stratton came highly recommended by my sales person and I trusted him as he had used them several times before. Was emailed that my vehicle would be picked up on a Saturday and delivered the following day. No call no show Sunday and after waiting around all day for a call I messaged them back and the following morning(Monday) I was told their driver had a break down on the way to pick up. Would have been nice to know that at the time. Then took them until Wednesday to get a new driver. This time was told it would be delivered Wednesday evening or Thursday morning; as I’m only 5 hours away from the pickup that sounded appropriate. No call or message Wednesday so I emailed them and texted my salesman. He confirmed it was picked up in the evening and didn’t hear back again until Thursday morning. I’m told the driver will be to me ‘lunch time’. Lunch time comes and goes and I try to find out what’s going on at 2pm. He’s still two hours away from me. Driver calls me and confirms he will be to me at 4:10p. Then at 4:30, I have another message that he will now be to me at 5. Luckily the vehicle arrived in one piece. No partial refund or even apology offered. All that said, find another service that actually can communicate with customers effectively.
