I had contacted truecarriers for a pick up on Friday the 10th of March. Derrick knew I was leaving the following Sunday and he told me that I didn't have to worry but here is Saturday my car is still here and what I'm supposed to do? I'm gonna have to spend over 150 dollars to make a change to my flight. What??? Are they gonna give e me a credit for this extra expense? Derrick you drop the ball and now I have to pay for it. This is bs.
