Very unprofessional. Did not pick up on scheduled day, and when I tried to work it out (while a television blared in the background), I was put on hold "to check with his supervisor" and then was disconnected after several minutes. Was unable to get through again at any time, they must have blocked my number. Had to dispute the charge (for the deposit) on my credit card.
